Unable to Log In - Agent ID

If you cannot log in because the Agent ID is already in use in another GTID, you are sharing the same user credentials in another device/system.

You will always have to sign off your active session in the first device/system before signing your second device.

You cannot have two sessions at the same time for the same user.
