The queues area offers you a list of all the Queues containing PNRs.
TTS WebAgent - Mobile
To access Queues, open the Terminal Menu, go to the Queues tab, and click on the Queue you wish to check.

Open the Terminal Menu
Click on the three dots at the bottom right corner.
Go to the Queues tab,
Click on the Queue you wish to check.
TTS Web Agent
To access Queues:
Click on the three lines at the bottom right corner.
Go to the Queues tab.
Click on the Queue you wish to check.
The terminal will show you a list with all its PNRs, so you don’t need to travel through the PNRs to reach the one you are looking for.
To access a specific PNR just click the PNR code which is a linked command.
To remove a PNR from the Queue you can do QR/[Queue Number] e.g. QR/99.
