How to set a template as default

Setting an email template as the default in TTS WebAgent ensures it is automatically selected for quotes or itineraries. Follow these steps to set a default template:

Access Settings:

Click on the Settings option in the left menu of TTS WebAgent.

Under the Settings menu, select the Quotes/Itineraries option.

Locate the Default Template Option:

In the Quotes/Itineraries menu, navigate to the Email Settings section.

Find the Default Template option.

Select the template you wish to set as default.

Your selected template is now set as the default for sending quotes and itineraries.
