Printers or linkage issues

Please note whenever you have a printer or linkage issue, error or message, that is a Travelport issue.


You have to configure the ticket printers, itinerary printers and Mir/Invoice printers like you do in a normal GDS terminal, otherwise the information will not be transferred from the Travelport Mobile Agent to the printers.
