Yes, remarks can be added in passenger details page however the field has to be configured in the section “Remarks” of the “Settings” page. Remarks can be added either by consolidators/host agencies or sub-agencies, and the sub-agencies will inherit the remarks defined by their consolidator/host agency. If a remark is marked as mandatory, a booking cannot be finished until a value has been inserted.
