You can tell the system to only apply your Ticket Fee when XP is not applicable.

To do it, go to the "Settings" page of your backoffice and select the checkbox "Apply Ticket Fee only if XP Not Applicable" located in the beginning of the page.

Store changes by clicking "Save" on the beginning or end of the General section.
