if I forget my TTS Consolidator password, how can I recover it?

There is a recovery password link on the login page; to recover your password click on the link and follow the instructions.

Since password is Case Sensitive this means that you have to be attentive either writing Upper or Lower Case. 
Example: 
If your Password is Paula13 you cannot login using PAULA13 or paula13. You have to access with the exact case used: Paula13
