4. Set up your reservation days logic

Sales TTS -

If you need some time to process your bookings you can configure your reservation logic like Minimum Advance Reservation days, Exception Weekdays and Exception Days. You can setup your reservation days logic in the "Settings" page of your backoffice.

To do it, go to the Settings page in your backoffice and scroll down until you find the "Reservation Days Configuration" block.

1. Minimum Advance Reservation Days
This parameter sets the minimum number of days in advance reservations can be made.

Example 1:
If an agency doesn’t want to receive reservations starting in the same day the reservation is being made, the agency just needs to insert “1” in this field.

Example 2:
If an agency needs one complete day to process bookings, the agency just needs to insert “2” in this field. This way if a user is making a booking today the flight search page calendars will not allow users to choose today or tomorrow as the departing date.

2. Exception Weekdays
It allows agencies to tell the system which weekdays are non-working days. You just need to select the weekdays which are non-working days for you.

Example 1: If a user is trying to make a reservation on a Saturday and the minimum advance reservation days is zero but defined Saturdays and Sundays as Exception Days, the system will only let the user search for a trip that starts on the following Monday.

Example 2: If a user is trying to make a reservation on a Wednesday, the minimum advance reservation days is three and defined Saturdays and Sundays as Exception Days, the system will only let the user search for a trip that starts on the following Monday.

You just need to select the weekdays you want to mark as non working days.

3. Exception Days
It allows agencies to enter specific days of the year as non-working days. You just need to add the specific days you want to mark as exception days. Write the day of the month, select the month and click on the button "Add".

Store changes by clicking "Save" on the beginning or end of the Main section.
