Why is a specific carrier not being shown on the search results?

A carrier will not appear in the search results if it has no availability for the search made or if the carrier has been specified as blacklisted in TTS Consolidator. Note that consolidator and sub-agencies might add blacklisted carriers.

If you are a Non-IATA super user you will be able to manage your blacklisted carriers at “Settings” area, but you will not be able to delete the blacklisted carriers added by your consolidator.

If you are a consolidator super user please check “Settings” area to see which carriers have been added to the black list.

If you are not a super user contact one of your agency super users for more information.
