How to Send an Itinerary on TTS WebAgent Mobile

Sending an itinerary on TTS WebAgent is a simple process. Follow the steps below to ensure your clients receive their travel plans quickly:

Access Services Menu:

Navigate to the bottom menu of your TTS WebAgent screen.

Click on Services.

Open My Bookings:

From the Services menu, select My Bookings. This will take you to a list of all your current bookings.

Select a Booking:

Find the booking you wish to send the itinerary for.

Click on View More Info next to the selected booking to access detailed information.

Send the Itinerary:

In the detailed view of the booking, click on Send Email.

Fill Out Email Details:

Fill in the recipient's email address, subject line, and any additional message you want to include.

Preview the Email and send:

Click on Preview to review the email content. 

Ensure all details are correct and make any necessary adjustments.

Once you are satisfied with the preview, click on Send.

The itinerary will be emailed to the recipient.
