Why are ancillary icons blue, black and gray in Rich Content & Branding? – TTS Support

Ancillary icon colors depend of the availability of the ancillary and if it is included or not in the fare:

- blue: the ancillary is available and included in the fare
- black: the ancillary is available but is not included in the fare, it will have to be purchased
- gray: the ancillary is not available

When the ancillary is not included the (approximate) price is referred in the ancillaries section.
