If you don't have uAPI credentials or a Service Bureau configuration under one TTS PCCs, you will need to request a connection.
To do it you need to have one of the GDS Contents subscribed than access its provisioning page, which you at the end of the subscription process or after subscribing through the settings menu where you just need to click on one of the GDS contents you subscribed.
Then on the beginning of the page, where we tell you more about connecting TTS Corporate with your GDS, you will find a link to request the connection.
Don't be scared, clicking on this button will not send anything to anyone, we need some information before sending the request so the button will just open the request connection form.
To Request a connection between TTS Corporate and your GDS click on the button "Request connection" shown in the image above. Don't be scared, clicking on this button will not send anything to anyone, we need some information before sending the request so the button will just open the request connection form.
Types of connection supported
TTS Corporate can be connected to the GDS using a Service Bureau connection or uAPI credentials.
Since the process of requesting a Service Bureau connection is quite faster than the process of requesting a uAPI connection, whenever possible we always request a Service Bureau connection. We say whenever possible because all Worldspan subscriber agencies and Australian and New Zealand agencies using any Travelport GDS can only use a uAPI connection.
Requesting a connection to your GDS
To request a connection between TTS Corporate and your GDS fill out the form that appeared after you clicked on the "request connection" link:
We will send the connection request to your Travelport Account Manager.
If you don't know who your Travelport Account Manager is, select that option in the form and if we have the email of the department that handles your country requests, we will send the request to them, if not we will contact the Travelport office in charge of your country to see who handles these requests and if we are successful we will send the request to them, you will be notified if and when this happens.
In this case, the uAPI connection will be set up under a non-development access to TTS Corporate application license type thus the credentials when ready will be communicated to TTS Corporate support team. This team will activate the connection to your GDS and your travel agency responsible person at TTS Corporate will be notified.
If the connection requested is a Service Bureau connection, your Travelport Account Manager will contact you as soon as the service bureau connection is configured by Travelport so you can activate the connection at TTS Corporate. Please check below to see how to activate a Service Bureau connection.
