Can't find a traveller in the search and book dropdown menu?

That can happen for several reasons:

1. The user has been deleted.

2. The user status is "Inactive".

3. The user doesn't have the role "Traveller" selected. Learn more about users here.

4. Agency users can't be selected as travellers. If you want to use TTS Corporate as a CBT for your own travel agency, you can create a company for that purpose.
