Refund Tracker is a feature within TTS WebAgent, specifically designed to monitor unused GDS ticket segments, identifying those eligible for refunds. This feature helps travel agents manage their tickets more effectively and recover funds from unused ones, improving overall efficiency and profitability.
Important Notes:
- Refund Tracker is currently available only to Galileo travel agencies.
- If your agency uses a Service Bureau PCC, Refund Tracker won't work for you.
- Refund Tracker can process tickets issued by your PCC, but not those issued by another PCC (eg: if you're a Non-IATA agency).
