Activating the Refund Tracker in Travelport Mobile Agent is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Log In to Travelport Mobile Agent:

Begin by logging into your Travelport Mobile Agent account.

  1. Access Refund Tracker:

Navigate to the main menu click on services and then on “Refund Tracker”.

  1. Initiate Monitoring:

After accepting the terms, you can log off from Travelport Mobile Agent to start monitoring. Make sure to complete any pending tasks before logging off. Alternatively you can just click on "Process now". 

 

  1. Revisit Refund Tracker:

Log back into Travelport Mobile Agent and return to the Refund Tracker menu. Your tickets should now be visible and tracked in the solution.

 

By following these steps, you will ensure that the Refund Tracker is properly activated and continues to monitor your issued tickets.
