After completing your booking (see how to book flights in NEO for more details), you can proceed with issuing the ticket.
Go to My Bookings
Choose a booking from the list or use the filter if no results appear.
You can filter by creation date (Yesterday, last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days, this year).
Or, select a custom start and end date.
Your bookings will be displayed. Click on the booking you want to issue a ticket for and then click View to open it.
Once the booking is open, click on Issue Ticket.
Your ticket has now been issued successfully!
