How to Confirm Your Email Address

Verifying your email helps keep your Travelport Mobile Agent or TTS WebAgent account secure and ensures you don’t miss important updates.

 

How do I verify my email?

  1. In the app, go to Settings.  Then, choose the option App Settings, 
    If you're using TTS WebAgent on a desktop, you’ll find Settings in the side menu.

     

     


     

  2. Look for the warning that says “Please click here to confirm your email.”

     



     

  3. Click the message, and we’ll send a confirmation email to your inbox.
     
  4. Go to your email inbox and open the email. Click Confirm Email.

     


     

    5. Once verified, you’ll see a checkmark next to your email in Settings.

     

 

Didn’t get the email?

No problem. You can resend it from the same Settings page by clicking “Resend confirmation email.”
