How to Add Special Service Requests (SSR)

Special Service Requests (SSRs), such as meal preferences or wheelchair assistance, can be added directly in NEO through TTS WebAgent.

 

Start by making a booking in NEO. Then, in the Traveller Details section, click +Add GDS SSR.

 

Select the relevant flight if the booking includes multiple segments.

Search the list for the required SSR.

Add any additional notes if needed. Some SSRs require mandatory notes; please see this article from Travelport for more details. Confirm the selection by clicking "Submit".

 

The SSR is added to the booking once the PNR is created.
