Can I have a traveller without email?

Sure.

In some companies, the travellers don't do their bookings. The arrangers book the trips for their travellers. In this case, travellers don't need to access the booking tool therefore, they don’t need to have an email linked to their profile.

Start by going to the users list, which can be accessed through My Account > Users.

To create a traveller without an email:

1. Create a new user
2. Select his company
3. Select the traveller role
4. Select “User Without Login”
5. Fill in the remaining required information
6. Save it
