After creating a travel policy, you need to create the rules for the travel policy. You can have as many rules per travel policy as you wish. The rules allow you to define what the travel policy will check when your travelers are booking services. If you don't create rules for a service, any booking in that service is authorized.
Click on the + button to start creating rules.
Flight Fields:
Type of Journey: If the policy applies to One Way, Round Trip, or Multi Destinations
From Country: Select what specific “From Country” the travel policy refers to. Leave blank, if it doesn’t apply.
From City: Select what specific “From City” the travel policy refers to. Leave blank, if it doesn’t apply.
To Country: Select what specific “To Country” the travel policy refers to. Leave blank, if it doesn’t apply.
To City: Select what specific “To City” the travel policy refers to. Leave blank, if it doesn’t apply.
Carrier: Select what carrier the travel policy refers to. Leave blank, if it doesn’t apply.
Up to Class: Select up to what class the travel policy refers to.
Up to amount/Pax – Fixed Value: Insert the maximum value per passenger the travel policy allows.
Up to amount/Pax – Percentage: Insert the percentage you want to allow in the travel policy, compared with the lowest price from the search result per passenger. For example, if the lowest price result is $100/PAX, and you insert 20%, the travel policy will allow travelers to buy tickets up to $120.
Hotels Fields:
To Country: Select what specific “From Country” the travel policy refers to. Leave blank, if it doesn’t apply.
To City: Select what specific “From City” the travel policy refers to. Leave blank, if it doesn’t apply.
Hotel Chain: Select what hotel chain the travel policy refers to. Leave blank, if it doesn’t apply.
Up to amount/Night: Insert the maximum value per night the travel policy allows.
Up to Category: Select up to what category the travel policy refers to.
Rent-a-car Fields:
Pick-up Country: Select what specific “Pick-up Country” the travel policy refers to. Leave blank, if it doesn’t apply.
Pick-up City: Select what specific “Pick-up City” the travel policy refers to. Leave blank, if it doesn’t apply.
Supplier: Select what supplier the travel policy refers to. Leave blank, if it doesn’t apply.
Vehicle Category: Select what vehicle category the travel policy refers to.
Vehicle Class: Select what vehicle class the travel policy refers to.
Up to amount/Day: Insert the maximum value per day the travel policy allows.
After creating the rule, click “Save”.
