What's a "Direct Mode" agency? – TTS Support

TTS Consolidator allows IATA agencies to consolidate also with agencies that don't have a GDS connection by using the direct mode agency creation.

Go to Management > Agencies Management:

Click "Agencies Non-IATA" to see your implemented and created sub-agents:

To create a sub-agent that doesn't have a Travelport GDS connection, click "New Direct Agency":

As these sub-agents are not connected with a Travelport GDS, the IATA must allow cryptic view for these agencies so that they can check their PNRs:
