Why did the initial booking value change while I completed a reservation?

It is uncommon, but sometimes there may be a slight fare change from the moment you search a flight to when you decide to book it. This happens with some airlines that are not directly connected to the GDS, hence, the data populated in the system is added from time to time.


When you decide to move on with a booking, it is then that Travelport requests directly requests the real value to the company, which can result in a value change.
