If you or/and your clients have special fares with a provider, you can add these Private Fares on TTS Corporate.
Firstly, select tab "Settings" > Features & Services > Private Fares.
Choose from the new bar, to which content you want to apply a private fare. Select either GDS Air Private Fares / GDS Hotel Private Fares / GDS Rent-a-Car Fares.
*Using GDS Air Private Fares as an example, let's look through the available settings.
- Authorized Private Fares
- The primary screen shows the companies and private fares (if any) already set. It is also displayed if they are enabled or not. You can click the pencil icon to edit. To delete, click X.
- By clicking the + icon you can configure a new private fares for more companies:
- Select all companies or a specific one from the dropdown menu;
- Select if it is active or not;
- Click "save".
The "Account Codes" area is where you can add the account codes you wish to be retrieved on search results. We recommend that you be as specific as possible about applicable origin-destinations when adding Account Codes.
- Account Codes
- By clicking on the + sign you can add a new record.
- Company – Select ‘All’ to apply the settings to all companies or use the dropdown to create settings for a specific company
- Type of Journey – Select One Way or Round Trip
- Carrier Name – Add the carrier name or code and then select the carrier from the dropdown list
- Account Code – Add the required account code
- Origin – Select Regions/Countries or Cities/Airports and then use the dropdown to add the specific details
- Destination – Select Regions*/Countries or Cities/Airports and then use the dropdown to add the specific details
- Click ‘Save’
*To avoid having to add the same Account Code as many times as the origin-destinations to which it is applicable, we created a setting's area where you can define your regions or use the ones provided (scroll down to know more).
If although there are some specific private fares you don't want to be seen on the search results, blacklisted Private Fares is where you can do so.
- Blacklisted Private Fares
- Click on the + sign to add a record
- Company – Select ‘All’ to apply the settings to all companies or use the dropdown to create settings for a specific company
- Fare Basis – Add the fare basis you wish to blacklist
- Carrier Name – Add the carrier name or code and then select the carrier from the dropdown list
- Tour Code – Add the tour code you wish to blacklist
- Origin – Select Regions/Countries or Cities/Airports and then use the dropdown to add the specific details
- Destination – Select Regions/Countries or Cities/Airports and then use the dropdown to add the specific details
- Start Date – The date the blacklist applies from
- End Date – The last date the blacklist will be applied (this is optional and can be left blank if required)
- Click ‘Save’
In order for these settings to be effective, make sure "Privates Fares" are activated on the "Customization" tab.
