Setting your preferences to GDS Core Hotels

After GDS Hotels main Settings are arranged, you can decide if you want to add preferred and/or blacklisted hotels to your companies. 

On TTS Corporate, you have two options available to configure preferred/blacklisted hotels.

1. Choose to have a complete Hotel Chains to be listed as preferred/blacklisted.
2. Choose specific Hotels to prefer/blacklist.
   You can configure as many preferred/blacklisted settings as you'd like for any of these options and for each or/and all of your companies.

To add a new Hotel Chain configuration, go to "Settings" > Content > GDS Core Hotels. Choose the "Preferred Chain" tab, as seen below.

If any, a list of your previously done configurations will appear here, with options to edit or delete.

To add a new preference, click the + icon (refer to the image above). 

• Company
  • Select effectiveness for all companies or choose one.
• Type
  • Select if you're configuring a preferred or blacklisted arrangement.
    • Preferred: list a preferred Hotel Chain if you wish a certain Hotel Chain to appear firstly on the search results screen. Amongst the hotel availability retrieved, these will appear first, even when the fare is more expensive.
    • Blacklisted: if any Hotel Chain is blacklisted, it won't show up on the hotel search results screen. 
• Hotel chain
  • Start typing the Hotel Chain name to see results and choose the appropriate one. Hotel chain code will automatically be settled on the  hotel chain code box.
• Click "save".

Settings for a Specific Hotel, rather than a hotel chain, are located on the same area ("Settings" > Content > GDS Core Hotels). This time, click on the "Preferred Hotels" tab, as seen below.

If any, your previously done configurations will appear here with options to edit or delete.

• Hotel Name
  • Write the Hotel name you wish to select as preferred/blacklisted. Add the Hotel Code at the appropriate box.
• City
  • Leave blank if all. if you wish to assign a location, start typing the city name to choose the city.
• Click "save".
