If you are a Company Administrator, you will have access to these core features on TTS Corporate:
Additionally, on the "Settings" menu, you will also have the content (if any) subscribed to your company (GDS Core Flights, Hotels, etc).
A Company Admin has access to these responsibilities:
- Make their own bookings – “Search & Book”.
- Make bookings for others – “Search & Book”.
- If he/she is also listed as an arranger for specific users.
- View all trips made for the company – “Trips - My Trips”
- View bookings that you have approved/declined and/or are awaiting your approval – “Trips - My Approvals”
- Update their own profile - “My Account - My Profile”
- Update their company profile - “My Account - My Company”
- Creating company Users – “My Account - Users”
- Run Reports – “My Account - Reports”
- User List
- Creating Travel Policies/User Groups – “Settings - Travel Policies – Travel Policy or User Groups”.
- If Travel Policy is activated for the company
- Updating Travel Policies/User Groups – “Settings - Travel Policies – Travel Policy or User Groups”.
- If Travel Policy is activated for the company
- View Reason Codes – “Settings - Travel Policies – Reason Codes”
- If Travel Policy is activated for the agency
- View/Export Custom Remarks – “Settings - Custom Remarks”.
