Responsibilities of a Travel Agency Administrator on TTS Corporate

The primary role on TTS Corporate is the Agency’s Administrator.

Travel Agency Admin – This role is assigned to the responsible agency person who has requested the product from TTS Website: https://www.tts.com/tts-corporate/

The Travel agency Admin has access to the following content management and for each of the secondary options that underlie with these:

Liabilities:

  • Make bookings for all travellers in the database – “Search & Book”
  • View all bookings made in the database – “Trips - My Trips”
  • Update their own profile – “My Account - My Profile”
  • Update the agency details – “My Account - My Agency”
  • Add Companies – “My Account - Companies”
  • Creating all other users – “My Account - Users”
    • Both additional agency admins as well as company
  • View your Current Account – “My Account - Current Account”
  • Add Funds to your account – “My Account - Add Funds”
    • This is available to the Agency Admin who is listed as the “Responsible Person’ only
  • View Notifications sent by TTS – “My Account - Notifications”
    • This is available to the Agency Admin who is listed as the “Responsible Person’ only
  • Run Reports – “My Account - Reports”

  • Activate Content/Features & Services per Corporate Account – “Customization”

      • These are the codes that airlines give to Companies, so they can identify the revenue generated by each company. The Corporate IDs loaded will be added to be PNR automatically
