Travel Policies: cancel bookings when denied

When complying with travel Policies, you can choose to cancel any reservation that was denied by an Approver. To do so, go to "Settings" > Features & Services > Travel Policies. 

Select the "Settings" tab.

• Under "cancel on deny", select the companies to which you want this feature to be activated.
• Note that all denied bookings will be cancelled even when there are cancellation penalties for the reservation.
