Can I access NEO-created PNRs on Terminal or Smartpoint?

Yes. The bookings created in NEO generate a standard PNR that you can access and manipulate in the standard way, both on the Travelport Mobile Agent Terminal, TTSWebAgent Terminal, or in Smartpoint.
