The help command offers the instruction to all the commands available through the TTS Consolidator Plugin.
If you are using Travelport Smartpoint, you need to have the plugin installed to access the Plugin help.
If you are using Travelport Mobile Agent or TTS Web Agent there is no need to install anything, the integration is done out-of-the-box with TTS Consolidator Plugin.
To access TTS Consolidator Plugin help just type:
1. Log in
TCSON/USERNAME or TCSONUSERNAME
TCSON/JOHNDOE or TCSONJOHNDOE
if the username exists and is active for an active sub-agency/independent agent in TTS Consolidator, a pop-up will appear for you to input your password.
2. Check available credit
The credit available will be displayed in the terminal.
3. Check transactions
A list with the latest 10 transactions will be displayed in the terminal.
Use "Previous" and "Next" links to navigate between result pages.
4. Issue a ticket
To issue a ticket, retrieve the PNR for which you want to issue the ticket(s) and enter the TTS Consolidator Plugin Command.
TCTKPDTDAD or TCTKP
TTS Consolidator will issue the ticket(a) by following the exact same logic as if the ticket(s) were being issued in TTS Consolidator. Additionally, it adds two specific remarks to the PNR to indicate that the ticket(s) were issued via TTS Consolidator Plugin and by which SON & PCC/SID.
The FOP supported are the same supported by TTS Consolidator and the issuance respects also the FOP rules defined in TTS Consolidator.
